Account Manager

Salary: £28k - £32k
Position: Full time - Permanent
Location: North London

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with both Clients, internal teams, and partners. The role of the Account Manager is to ensure that deliverables are understood and delivered to a high quality and on time. 


Work closely with the Director of Client Development to manage the Client Roadmap
Manage ongoing projects ensuring; accurate scoping, delivery of a project plan and timelines, client communications, scheduling of resource, monitoring of progress, reviewing the quality of outputs, presentations and meetings to update of progress and results
Manage analytical, customer journey and campaign tasks
Hold meetings (phone and face to face), this also includes meeting preparation (agendas & presentations) as well as meeting management (delivering meeting notes and actions)
Manages client feedback, expectations and prioritise requests
Ensure all client work follows the correct work stream processes
Ensure all client work is scheduled in and client expectations are met regarding deadlines
Hold weekly BAU WIP calls providing updates to all ongoing tasks, understanding each task in detail and being able to answer client questions to a high standard

Experience of working in a client facing role within a data/digital marketing environment for at least 2 years, with a solid understanding of on and offline campaigns
Marketing or Communications degree will be beneficial but not essential
A genuine interest and understanding of databases, direct mail, email marketing, campaign automation and analytics
Ability to develop strong client relationships
Can manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
