Salary: £16k - £18k

Summary of Role:

Act as the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries from potential and current customers
Maintain up–to–date knowledge about the product
Raise accurate invoices
Maintain the database
Ensure documentation meets accreditation requirements
Organise postage 
General administrative support
Day–to–day office administration
Maintain adequate stocks of office stationery and consumables
Record purchases and maintain VAT records

Person specification:

To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous administration experience within a professional environment
Experience of providing excellent customer service
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a confident telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail
Strong numeracy skills, with the ability to work quickly and accurately
Experience of using databases
Experience of using computerised accounting systems
Ability to work to deadlines and priorities and manage a busy workload
Proficiency in the use of MS Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
A proactive and ‘can do’ attitude to solving problems
Willingness to work as part of a team, providing support or cover for colleagues during busy
Educated to degree level or equivalent
