Litigation Fee Earner

Salary: £50k - £60k 
Position: Perm
Location: Margate / Canterbury

You will be responsible for a varied caseload. We expect you will regularly represent clients in disputes involving:

Property law including landlord and tenant
Employment law
Probate and wills
Boundary disputes
General commercial litigation

You will have a sound knowledge of litigation processes and the role will involve frequently issuing court proceedings and attending court.

You will be expected to assist on the investigation and litigation on complex cases and have experience of drafting court documents, witness statements and instructions to experts.

The successful candidate will possess excellent client care and inter-personal skills and operate with integrity, showing empathy and intuition.
