Marketing and Sales Junior

Salary: Circa £16k
Position: Full time - Permanent
Location: North London

Are you an outgoing, friendly and a forward-thinking Administrator?

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with excellent customer service and administration skills to join a small friendly team.

You will be the first point of contact, taking calls from members as well as general enquiries and passing these on to the relevant team. You will use your savvy sales skills to spot opportunities to convert calls to members whilst providing excellent customer service at all times.

You will take pride in maintaining the CRM system, ensuring you process data in an effective and efficient manner. You won’t shy away from using your initiative to make suggestions for improvement and always offer a helping hand to the rest of the team when needed. 


Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator
Hands-on experience in maintaining and updating a CRM system
Excellent telephone manner
High-quality customer service
Ability to process large volumes of data
Ability to use own initiative, make suggestions and spot opportunities
Good level of Word and Excel
Brilliant at multi-tasking and managing your workload
