Part-time Office Manager

Salary: £19k DOE
Position: Full time - Permanent - 
4 days per week 8am - 4pm
Location: Canterbury

An opportunity to join a well-established company as an Office Executive.


The day to day running of the office
Liaising with customers and suppliers
Data inputting Bookkeeping (mainly raising invoices)
Making sure all the administration is in order
Booking customers onto courses
Making sure all equipment is ordered
There is the potential to make this role your own, developing the marketing and sales side of the business
iewing systems and processes

Able to drive with a full driving licence
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proactive and forward-thinking
Able to follow up on customer requests efficiently
Experience with invoicing
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, databases
Excellent administration skills Able to work in a small team Marketing and sales experience would be an advantage
A background in fire security/courses/training would also be an advantage
