Senior Account Manager

Salary: Up to £45k
Position: Permanent
Location: North London

The Client Team is at the centre of operations at this company. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager who can develop strong relationships with both Clients, internal teams, and partners. The role of the Senior Account Manager is to ensure that deliverables are understood and delivered to a high quality and on time.

Requirements:

A track record of developing strong relationships with clients and able to understand their goals and challenges.

Experience of working in a client facing role within a data/digital marketing environment for at least 3 years, with a solid understanding of on and offline campaigns

A genuine interest and understanding of databases, direct mail, email marketing, campaign automation and analytics

Ability to develop strong client relationships

Can manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment

A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

To be enthusiastic, proactive and positive

Has a passion for service and delivery

Desirable:

An understanding of single customer views

Previous experience in managing retail clients

Marketing or Communications degree
